  • Marriage*: He married Emma Flora Aldridge, daughter of Joseph Thomas Aldridge and Catherine Elmer, on Wednesday, 16 July 1924 at Christ Church Catherdral, Stanley, Falkland Islands, ; Emma was married to Robert REIVE, coxswain, 16 July 1924 at Christ Church Cathedral by J Stanley Smith, Clerk in Holy Orders. The witnesses were Ernest V Dixon and Joseph Aldridge. Robert’s father was recorded as Robert Reive, shepherd, and Emma’s father was recorded as Joseph Aldridge, caretaker.1
  • Death*: Robert Reive died on 23 March 1955 at Stanley, Falkland Islands, ; Robert, age 59 and a handyman, died 23 March 1955 in Stanley from cancer and was buried 25 March 1955
