  • Birth*: Richard Henry Aldridge was born on 27 April 1861 at Holy Trinity Church, Stanley, Falkland Islands, ; Richard Henry ALDRIDGE born 27 April 1861 in Stanley and baptised 25 August 1861 by Holy Trinity Church. His father's occupation was recorded as labourer.1,2
  • He was the son of Thomas Aldridge and Mary Ann Price.1
  • Marriage*: Richard Henry Aldridge married Mary Margaret Hardy on Thursday, 14 January 1886 at Parish Church, Stanley, Falkland Islands, ; Richard, age 23 and a joiner, was married to Mary Margaret HARDY, age 19, 14 January 1886 in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church after Banns by Lowther E Brandon MA Colonial Chaplain. The witnesses were Frederick Hardy and Albertina Hardy. Richard’s father was recorded as Thomas Aldridge, publican, and Mary’s father was recorded as Frederick Hardy, bricklayer.2
  • Death*: Richard Henry Aldridge died on 16 January 1902 at Stanley, Falkland Islands, , at age 40; Richard, age 41, died 16 January 1902 in Stanley from natural causes and was buried 19 January 1902 in Grave C248.1,2
